As my uncle once told me "If you do a job that no one wants to do, has time to do or knows how to do it, you will make a lot of money in life"

I have mowed, worked on cars, worked on mowers, picked up junk, painted, built things, washed houses and landscaped and have made good money doing each.

I've made most of my career out of taking on the tedious stuff nobody wants to do and figuring out how to do it quicker and better.

It doesn't always have to be a "dirty" job that people don't like- sometimes there's just boring stuff that needs to be done and nobody wants to do it.

Scrap metal on the way home from work. Take it on the weekends. Process it during the week. Making almost 1/2 my regular gig salary in much less of time. People give way stuff for free. Really good stuff.

Saving up for a food trailer which will feature my version of south Texas street food. Because there is no good Mexican food here.

Not overly familiar with the area. I think I may have driven through a few times taking ā€œbackroadsā€ home from Carson Newman. Grew up in Danville, finally settled for the last ~25 years or so in Boone County.

Danville, Kentucky? I know that area pretty well. I actually worked in Harrodsburg for just a little while right after high-school. I don't remember much nowšŸ˜†, but I enjoyed all around there.

Iā€™ve got family from Danville. Theyā€™re in their mid 50ā€™s

Itā€™s actually very different. There are lots of different types of Mexican food, depending on the part of Mexico you are talking about. Mine doesnā€™t taste like anything here.

I havenā€™t found a Mexican place locally that I like. They are not what Iā€™m used to or what I like.
