I think i am with the majority when i say screw anyone that wants to bash Dooley. The guy is the coach of our beloved Vols and he hasn't even coached a game yet. Damn give the guy a chance. All this bashing is starting to get old. Loyal fans don't bash THEIR team. Stop all the BS and say damn its great to be a Tennessee Vol...:rock:

You know "Zesty", I'm in the group of "wait and see" with Dooley. He has my full support and will have until the end of this season. BUT, I'm more sick and tired of threads telling everyone to "stop bashing Dooley and give him time." It really just opens another door for more bashing. See BPV's post (#4).

For some people if they ain't *****in they ain't breathin'. Just let it go and when Dooley does well you can start a I told you so thread.

I agree. Alot that bash Dooley is Fulmer left overs. If he would have done his job we wouldnt be in this mess. So it is what it is.

Amazingly, I tried it, and it worked. On a side note, I was disappointed that Hal Moore wasn't portrayed as having Mel Gibson's "Stock Historical Accent" in the We Were Soldiers movie

Dooley should get at least 4 years to restock the roster with top talent. He doesn't have much to work with right now.

If it goes badly, he'll get two to three. If it goes average he'll get 4 to 5. It goes great... We'll see...

Unfortunately for CDD, despite the thin roster and monster schedule, he needs to get this team 6 wins and to a bowl game, plus at least a top 15 recruiting class before the negavol portion of the fan base will stop bashing him. I think that as long as the team avoids major injuries, with good coaching these are reasonable goals for this season.

Go CDD, Go VOLS.

I'm sick and tired of THESE kind of threads...I like Dooley, so far, but just ignore the rest of them and make your own fair judgment!
