he should have big numbers, he was in the league 15+ years. elite for a for years, average for the rest. cancer for most.

Moss was a one trick pony, I'd rather have T.O over him anyday.

As for Owens, he dominated for awhile, 9 seasons over 1,000 yards and 8 seasons with double-digit TD's

Physically,,,a comparison to TO is spot on. Mentally, I hope he's closer to Jerry Rice or Chris Carter.

Definitely no on Chris Carter. He rehabilitated his image on ESPN and the final year or two in Minnesota. "All he does is catch touchdown passes" was not a compliment from Buddy Ryan when referring to Carter.

there's not a receiver even close to TO last decade

Im not a colts fan but marvin harrison had a little over 14,500. And he was hurt the better part of the last two years he played and played 13 years. And the last two years he played in around 11 games.TO had 15,948 in 16 years.Seems like harrison,s nubers are better than TO without all the drama. But in fairness harrison had Manning in all but two years.

T.O. with Manning would be absolutely unfair.

To say T.O. is not among even the 5 best wide receivers would be ignorant. At worst he should be #3. and at best he's #2. Which, really isn't much of a distance between those two compared to the distance in #2 and #1, as we will probably never see someone take over the top spot from who has it right now.

TO is number two in yards and touchdowns and also in the top ten in receptions. Despite the drama he was a very productive receiver.

Because he played in receiver friendly systems since 96. The rest of the nfl is transitioning to that now... Look for Him to be passed soon and often on those lists.

Hm, Da'Rick is a T.O type WR. Wow. Great comparison. Long as Da'Rick doesn't cry about fans questioning his QB. Coulda happend earlier with Sims. Lol

TO was pretty bad @$$....as was Moss....but both were/are head cases. Rice was money! Lynn Swann was my favorite, back in the day. He made some awesome catches and was a winner!

TO is a freak athlete but not near consistent enough to be the #2 receiver of all time. He's always at the top of the dropped passes list and for every time he makes a big play, there's 2 dumb ones..being the second receiver opposite Rice takes some defensive pressure off too..

Here's a good starting list of receivers better than T O....

That one trick was burning db's for touchdowns, I'll take it. I'd take Moss in his prime over T.O. In his prome any day of week. If Moss had heart, he would have been #1 ever. As it stands, I'd have him in behind Rice, Irvin, Harrison

David Ricky's catch was so pretty, it should be painted on the Sistine Chapel.

Oh wait...

Da'rick is going to be a beast in the NFL. he reminds me of Anquan Boldin. but more physical and faster. and better hands.

too bad all his productive seasons happened after the G.O.A.T. left San Fran.
