Richardson is as good as MKG IMO and a better outside scorer. Very similar players only MKG has a little more size. I personally think NBA GM's get caught up in the hype of players and let others opinions cloud their own opinions. If JRich was hyped like MKG I'd like to see his draft status. The advantage MKG had was he was on the same level as JRich at a younger age.

Agree 1000%, and I F'n hate it. How Daniel Orton can get drafted in the 1st round, but Stokes likely won't says a lot about NBA GMs.

Josh Richardson on the SEC All-Defensive Team.. Well deserved! Leader in steals,2nd in blocks, just behind stokes says a lot.. He is relentless!

If he isn't defensive POY leading the conference in steals and second in blocks I'm gonna be upset

Happens all the time, where good-but-not-great players from uk, kansas, duke, unc etc. get drafted top 15 or 20, while equally good players from UT and other less hyped schools go undrafted. Sad but true

thats on our team....he is not top 40 in steals and is 24th in the conference in blocks......regardless great season by josh and congrats on getting honored.

It will be interesting to see him lead the team next year with maymon,mcrae, and probably stokes leaving the team.
