University of Florida

Being unoriginal since 1853.

Things stolen from Tennessee:

1. Gator Walk
2. Running through the UF
3. They actually call their band the Pride of the Sunshine
4. Began using 3rd down for what after playing us in 2014
5. Brick by brick

I'm sure there's more but these guys have only managed to start 1 damn unique tradition (2bits).

I heard they were changing their theme song to "Sandy Top."

Honestly, losing to Florida like he has the last couple years is the only thing I have against Butch Jones. Beat Florida or I have no use for you. It should be the # 1 requirement of the job. Then the rest will follow.

Look man. It sucked losing the way we did to Florida but if Butch Jones has no use to you because of those two loses then their is no hope for your understanding of where Tennessee has been. This program was in the tank. A six win bowl game was the goal in his first year and that was out of reach. Now have a 9 win season, talent everywhere, and damn well should win the east. The requirement of this job when Jones was hired was to stop Tennessee's path to becoming Kentucky or Vanderbilt. We were closer to that status then some like to admit. Butch has served his purpose to get Tennessee back on track. This upcoming year is phase 2. The goal is now to beat the hell out of anyone Tennessee plays. I have a use for a coach who can turn it around like that.

They have earned the right to gloat (as much as I hate to admit it). What sucks is that they haven't even been good in about 5 years but we still haven't beaten them. Butch has turned into a little girl when we face them. Hopefully it ends this year but until then...

I for one am sick of seeing Tennessee lose to this joke for a university. Weird thing is Tennessee owns them in basketball. Thinking back over the past two years, Kensucky has almost beat them. Tennesse has way more talent than ky could ever cheat for in football. I will be sick to me stomach if Ky beats them before the vols do.

1 more thing! Sue The gators? Need to sue ky! They have incorporated the checker boards on everything they wear! You gotta be kidding me. I think it's even in the endzones of the new turf they just put down. What a cesspool commonwealth and benhill griffin stadium is!!

They also stole Gatorade - kinda.

Former Vol Ray Graves was the coach at UF. He spoke with professors at UT about the problem. They made suggestions which he took to UF professors for testing on 10 Gators. Once it was deemed a success, it was licensed to Stokely-Van Camp of Newport, Tennessee for production and distribution.

Without Tennessee people there would be no Gatorade.

Gotta take some ribbing vol fans !! We Gator posters appreciate how well we are treated.

Yes. At least you three are more tolerable than the line of frat boys cussing us and counting in unison the years UF has beaten UT during my last trip to hell.

FSU claims we stole the idea for Gatorade from them.

Their concoction was called Seminole Fire Water...allegedly.

It was Ray Graves' idea. My dad's dad died during the Great Depression, just before he was 16, so he couldn't go to college. My dad was Ray's mentor in high school and Ray extended a standing invitation for my dad to sit on the UF bench at any game while he was coach and AD.
