I was worried between the Berry face mask call and the Greg King interception. I think you can call that a moral victory!

You know this game reminded me of a typical Gator game last year. They always got off to such a quick lead that the rest of the game was just cruise control. The fact of the matter is, after a 21-0 lead, we didn't NEED to do anything else. And you say you shutdown Berry? The offense just does not throw/run to whatever side Berry is on. That itself makes a huge impact on the game.

Just go back into your little hole and continue to have deceivingly good starts only to fold up like a cheap tent as the season goes on.

How could we get the stats when we constantly were starting plus 50yds. How many times did you score from the red zone. Oh, I guess I should ask how many times did you make it to the red zone. Our offense got a break this weekend and didn't have to work hard. The better team won. Just like your coach said. SC got out coached and out played. Spurriers words.

Gamecocks:
More first downs
More 3rd down conversions
More total yards
More passing yards
Less penalties
Berry no impact
Crompton blows

3 turnovers inside our own 50

Who coluldnt have won the game with that?

See you next year

You did have more first downs...we scored on big plays.

More total yards...of course, your boys couldn't hold on after we hit them...gave us a short field.

More total yards...short field.

More passing yards...you couldn't run and were forced to play from behind.

Less penalties...cool.

Berry No Impact...You schemed away from him. Everyone else on our team made the plays...big difference between you and us is that all of our players make big plays (our fullbacks both scored touchdown passes for crying out loud)

Crompton sucks...not anymore.

Three turnovers and we couldn't win without them? Who knows...but the point is your boys couldn't hold on to the ball. That is a part of football. Usually the team with teh least amount of mistakes wins...bad football teams make bad mistakes...good football teams capitalize. man up.

There are some things you can count on annually at this time of year. The beautiful changing of the leaves. The birds flying south for the winter and the collapse and utter demoralization of USCjs supporters after thier season goes into a tailspin.

The next thing you will start hearing is how young thier team is and how the "SEC better take notice for next year cuz we're going to GOOD!"

All-time record 532–531–44 (.501) ...I expect you go slip back below .500 by seasons end, thus restoring the natural order of the universe.

No need to put a bow on it, but your players could do a better job of wrapping the ball up

And maybe YOUR team should have shown up?

Our team was ready as soon as they got those black jerseys on and our fans were ready as soon as they got over the first 10 drops of rain that hit them.

Face it, we showed up and you guys didn't. It was a huge game for both teams and your team walked out as stale as any loser has ever looked. We came out and were ready to roll. Your offense tried to play half ass against our defense, which is a BIG no-no. The fumbles are credited to our defense and your lack of pride, energy, aggressiveness, or whatever you want to throw out there.

The Cocks took this game lightly and they got socked in the face for it early. We came with an aggressive game plan early to counter Spurrier's methodic offense he was trying to run, and we cashed in big off of it. There is no luck involved in a rain game where our players are ripping at the ball, hitting like bulls, and playing like it was a bowl game.

It's hard to rack up a lot of yards and first downs when the USCocks O kept giving us short field position.

We won. We were better. Your team in the past, now, and forevermore, has been, is, and will be nothing more than the definition of mediocrity.

Doesn't matter, it's CMK's signature defense....keep everything in front of you, no big plays, stiffen up in the redzone. Aside from a REALLY good catch by Moe Brown, I doubt USCjr would have made it into the endzone otherwise. Our redzone defense might be the best in the nation.

Uh, maybe the Gamecocks.

Do you actually think before you post this stuff? UGA turned it over to the Gamecocks three times inside their 50 as follows:
1. AJ Green fumbled on the UGA 32 yard line in the 1st quarter which Garcia/Gurley converted to a TD;
2. Branden Smith fumbled at the UGA 8 yard line in the first quarter and SC get a FG off it;
3. Joe Cox threw an INT at the UGA 35 yard line that Norwood returned for a TD in the 4th quarter.
