Ok, so i've always been the nice guy and i'm the guy some girls turn to when they need somebody to talk to or something. It's just not my personality to try and be a bad ass or anything. Should I just keep being the nice guy and eventually the right girl will come through and notice, or should I try and change who I am and become more agressive in the field.

Find out who you are first, then be it. Who you are at 16 may change when you are 26.

Depends. Are you being the nice guy with a motive? Is it the befriend and snare objective? Or, are you actively and openly pursuing people, but not with a bed at all costs mentality? My point is that some times being the nice guy can be a form of manipulation with less apparent consequences than being the bad ass. If that's the case, then change the strategy but not the nice guy. In my opinion you'll learn a lot more about what you want out of a relationship this way.

If you're not talking about the friend zone and just whether or not you should be a penis about it, then don't change it up. If you're looking for long term here, it probably isn't worth it to snare someone with an act.

You want female friends to go shopping with or something? Treat the ones you want like dirt to get their attention. You can always loosen up and be a nice guy when you start out a douchebag but if you start out a sweet friend you'll get dropped like a bad habit when you become a douche.

Doesn't really matter in the end. All relationships are temporary anyway, get what you want out of the deal and be ready to move on when you find out the b1tch is lying.

No sour grapes here...
