Time to start working instead of all this "balance" with the coaching staff. I know it is just a job to these guys, but it is a passion to us fans. Our worse loss ever to bama does not cut it. WORK HARDER Dooley and staff.

Looks like the people have spoken. We may have a few that know what's going on. Besides who would want Hamilton hiring another coach? Yeah think about that one for a minute.

The only thing dumber than even mentioning firing a coach 7 games into the 1st season is the 13 people that voted to fire him.

FTR, since this is one of those 'secret polls' I voted earlier for the 2-3 year option.

It's Hamilton who should be fired immediately, not Dooley.

We don't need a harder working staff, we need bigger, faster, and stronger athletes at every position two or three deep.

I wish Dooley would have come out and said..."Look we suck. We are going to suck. I was left with nothing. Let me get my recruiting class in here and then we can talk."

In the mean time they're gonna watch some film and work like heck to get ready for South Carolina.

I pretty much think that's all Dooley and Kiffin both have said, and everyone else for that matter. If you think your team isn't going to win, you don't coach them to win. I think we've seen that show through in the play calling. We're sure don't stand a chance running a basic high school football offense with all of 10 plays to prepare an SEC defense against. Quit making excuses for this staff. If Fulmer were here right now, we'd expect him to win, no excuses. Give Dooley time yes, but expect improvements. I haven't seen any improvements.

He did, and he has. He said many times, "we're bad" "weak in several poistion" "Don't have enough to put on special teams because of lack bodies"

As far as this thread, terrible, stupid, and your going to be late for school. :nono:

I question why any coach would want to come here with this fan base. This coach has 18 freshmen on their 2 deep roster and you guys expect miracles. Dooley should at least be allowed to bring in his players. Between the transfers injuries and non qualifying players there is really nothing left. Ive been a vol as long as Ive been a fan and its always doom and gloom. They are not going to be any good this year and probably not much better next year but eventually the should rise and become a prominent program again. Everybody seems to have forgotten that Alabama wasn't that great before Saban came. As for La Tech maybe you should check their record before Dooley I havent checked but i'd be willing to go out on a limb and say they were pretty much perennial losers for quite awhile.

Yep, you nailed it there. Our problem, why we aren't leading the SEC or country for that matter, is because our staff isn't running a complex enough offensive scheme. Maybe you should apply for the OC position?
