Seriously though, we didn't have the money for this kind of hire before. Now that we aren't flat broke anymore it's time to upgrade and Butch seems to be doing a great job. Our upward trajectory is about to angle up.

I have a feeling Hart won't let him leave without a deal bc Hart knows if he doesn't come off the money and screws this up his contract likely won't be renewed in May. This is his chance to make a big time hire and get his contract extended
