Probably, a demotion for less pay option was not acceptable, so that made parting ways a mutual thing. Some of the aspects that led to this will only be known by Jones, Jancek, and the flies on the Anderson Training Center walls. We will probably never know, until someone needs to pay their bills via a book deal. And then , it will be one guy's version.
