They're denying even offering him the job, and reports are Sumlin hasn't accepted, even if it was offered.

TAMU isn't going to be able to match the $4M that Arizona State is rumored to be putting on the table.

Absolutely not. Not sure what A&M was thinking hiring him. He was overrated in the NFL and awful in NCAA.
