Was it the White shirt, the Gurkha box pressed cigar I had pre-game, the 8+ miles I walked around campus that morning, pregame Miller Lite that was given to me at a Tailgate?

I think it was Good-Luck Charlie. A Florida fan from Orlando that we befriended the night before (at the Hotel bar) and invited to sit with us.

After Half-time we swapped up seats and I sat next to him. He tried to get me to move and have one of our wives sit next to him again, but I wasn't budging.

We have invited him to return and sit with us 2 years from now.

What are your new protocols for the game?

(NB4---- I can't believe you sat with a Florida fan!!)

I will NEVER sit in seat #13 no matter row or location in Neyland again! I quit sitting there at halftime removed myself from that seat, halting the jinx, (blue font) and singlehandedly turned the game around for Vols everywhere!!

I went out to eat at halftime because I was convinced we were going to be slaughtered (21-3 Gators). I got back when it was 38-21 and watched ONE play. (FL touchdown 38-28)

Went outside and did not watch another play.

I did, however, have the game recording and immediately went back to watch 2nd half.

So, apparently I can't watch the games live now

I didn't really believe in superstitions... Until this game. My best childhood friend came up from Huntsville to go to the game with me. The last time he was in Neyland prior to this game? September 18, 2004 vs Florida. To add to the irony, my friend is now an aerospace engineer, and Dobbs had what was probably the best game of his career.

I was home alone watching the game/getting ready for work. I was watching and changing clothes in the living room. I had my pants off when we took the lead, so I sat there with no pants until it was over. So for me my wife and kids can no longer be home during a big game, and I'll be in my underwear. If someone knocks on the door, so be it.

Never been to a Tennessee game in my life. Finally took the 10 hour drive down there and watched the game Saturday. If i knew my first Tennessee game would of been the one that ended the streak I would of went a long time ago.

I got a new Nike Rocky Top shirt in the mail on Friday (I am in Djibouti) and ordered it before the season started. However, I didn't wear it during the game knowing it would jinx the team. I wore my same shirt I wore for the VT game.

My new Nike shirts are 5-0.

I randomly ran into an old college friend while just walking around Neyland before the game. Last time I saw this friend? We randomly ran into each other while walking around Neyland before the SCAR game in 2013. You're welcome Volnation

I got a white (the game) Vols hat from my dogs for Christmas. So far we're undefeated while I'm wearing it. My girlfriend wore it in the game and I wore an old one. We switched right before the field goal and I never took it off, and never will! Also, bought a new flag for my car last Thursday. The previous orange one I had was shredding, about 6 years old. I fly a orange one for home games and a white for away. And, it was the first time I've ever wore white to Neyland...

GBO!!!

I am not usually superstitious, but Friday night I was desperate. It wasn't just the last 11 years. I also witnessed the Spurrier years. I took a pair of jorts out back to the fire pit and burned them. I don't know what's worse. The fact that I still had a pair from the 90's, or that I actually thought it might work!

I was in the hot sun with a cotton mouth but not about to leave the stadium for a drink. Guy behind me had a diet coke and offered me a sip.....that's it, drinking from a complete stranger and new best friend's drink !

Shotgun two miller lites, wear my orange Chuck Taylors, and flip my hat around backwards. I'll do it every game now.
