So we get the devastation that was April 27th of last year and are told that only happens once every 60-80 years yet here we are again today. Hope everyone makes it through these messes ok...........

I have family in Athens, Al. Saw reports on tv that a tornado went through there. Anybody have more knowledge on what area of Athens that got hit?

I live in the Huntsville area and around 10:15 this morning a tornado went south of Hazel Green. Not sure how much damage though.

I'll have my TV on TWC all day. Mike Bettes just did a live report from Nashville. It looks like it mostly sunny there right now. An interesting fact that was pointed out: Since Dr. Forbes TorCon has been in it's existence, a 10 has only been issued once (April 27th). That was issued as the outbreak started. Before the outbreak started Eastern Mississippi and central to North Alabama had 9's.

They just issued a 10 in Northern Kentucky

They said storms west of Nashville are developing very fast, and the conditions over Tennessee are very dangerous.

Friend from west Tn posted this on his facebook.

scary stuff.
