And doing a much better job of it than you or I could. He scored nearly 1200 points and had nearly 500 assists in the ACC. Pretty decent career.

Greg Paulus was an absolutely horrible basketball player. And, I'm the biggest Duke fan you'll meet.

I am sorry to read that. By the way, I hate the ACC (no offense)

Haha no prob. But, why do you hate the highest quality basketball? :) Duke is a love or hate school. I would have to agree with that. I love how much they are on TV, but it would annoy the crap out of me if I hated them.

Well, I think the tryouts are a lot of running. So if you can do sprints for an extended period of time, go for it. I'm pretty sure you still have eligibility. I say go for it. What do you have to lose?

if you left as soon as soon as you were done and have taken no advanced degree classes ... you would have 1 year of eligibility... I played 4 years of college baseball ... and then tried to play a year of football but I had already started an advanced degree and was denied the fifth year by the NCAA... There are exceptions and crazy rulings and a lot of red tape but if you are serious ... I would encourage you to do it.

I thought about playing football when I got out of highschool. Nobody could catch me...cause I kept slipping through their hands. I weighed 128 lbs. Problem was, the fans kept blowing me off the field.

I believe he clock starts once you enroll in school, regardless of whether or not you played sports. Maybe I'm wrong.

yep...it does...how long did it take you to earn your degree??? If three years then you have one redshirt year and one year to play (I think it works like that)
