Just kidding..I really do beleive we can have a 8 win season and possibly 9-10 wins with a big win against someone we supposed to lose to..Oh yeah and dont be surprised to see lamaison start the season. i understand that he has only 1 month but he could have had the playbook for a couple of months. Eric Ainge came in and played as a freshman with little playbook knowlege. So why cant Lamaison. If he does start lets not knock him down like we did JC. Lets let whoever the QB is have a chance or even a new chance. jonathon did fairly well until Clawson came in. So no matter who the QB is Lets please support them. they are the QB of the NEW tennessee vols. Man I cant wait. Im so excited it makes my Dixierect (Seriously)

I agree that we all need to support whoever starts behind center, but I highly doubt it will be Lamaison.
They were talking about him on SportsNite last night, and said that he was top notch in a JUCO conference that really wasnt a pushover, so who knows.

I couldn't agree more. No matter who will take the first snap under our new regime they need the entire VOLNATION's support! 31 days and counting! GO VOLS!:thumbsup:

As far as expectations...I see 7 wins...I know this is low but anything above that is a bonus and something to build on. I do expect an upset of either Georgia, Bama or Ole Miss.....Pretty fired up ad ready for the season

My brother goes to UT and he has met with lamaison and told me that he was a great and friendly guy. Also says that he will greet you and talk to you unlike some of the players with a snubby celebrity status if you understand what i mean. He also says that NuKeese has praised him for his accuracy.and Strong arm with a quick release. Nukeese says that he tends to lead with the ball alittle too much but thats what he likes. and also stated that Lamaison is deadly accurate downfield. and puts the ball in the pocket everytime. He also says that around school people are really talking highly about him. Nick has even said that he is a very smart player and picks things up very quickly. I dont know how good he really is but he may be a very good sleeper QB and might surprise CRY baby UM and upset Florida. Please dont knock me for having a beleif of beating them. We are the Tennessee Vols and in my eyes we can beat anyone.

Prediction: Ut smokes WKU and UCLA then jumps into top 25 for showdown with FL.
Gets hazy after that but someone will get upset . Good showing against Gators could snowball into something special. Once this team gets some confidence watch out.

I say we go down to Florida and we give them a hell of a fight....but it still won't be enough. We lose to Florida in the swamp 31-17.

i am sorry but i cannot take a question seriously by someone with the name "weetard." On second thought though and hypothetical situation, if we were to upset florida while holding them to a low amount of points would cum pull a spurrier and explode through every orifice in his body?

I agree but the thing that keeps nagging me is the gators are overconfident and angry. Also this isn't a Fulmer team anymore. I think Kiffin will roll the dice .
