What does it prove if Dooley sweeps next four?

He has shown to me that he wins the games he is supposed to win (absent ky last year).

He has also shown that he cannot win tough conference games and games against ranked opponents.

Just curious others thoughts....

I feel that DD really has this team in great attitude shape, and next year this bunch will be like lions under him, we will return to the top!

Side note: lions don't get eaten by ducks. I think they will be more like bread crumbs

I don't think it means a dang thing. So what we beat 4 teams with a combined 13-20 record. We have started 0-5 in the SEC 3 years in row the only other team to do that is Vandy. Wes Rucker spent the entire show today trying to give reasons why Dooley should get another season and Swain basically told him "sit yo ass down". The only why he should be back is if Gruden and the other top candidates tell us to get lost.

About the only thing it would prove to me is that he still has the backing from his players because it would mean they did not quit on him. If the players give up and quit on Dooley, there will be no 4 game sweep.

Im not do sure this team couldnt go out uncoached and win the next 4.
What it shows is nothing. DD has shown he wins his patsy games, and thsts it. Weve had the opp to win 4 of our 5 losses, and did not.

Dools hasn't PROVEN he belongs ..... He BLOWS a lot of SMOKE but has yet to get it done



With a COACH we have 2 more WINS

i really want dooley to succeed and be here for a long time but he just cant win sec games that matter.

He was also favored over Florida and he failed there also.

This team has a brutal schedule next year, including trips to Oregon, Florida and Bama. No matter what kind of paper championship we win in July and August, don't see it being much better next year.

Our defense looks like kittens right now. Not sure they will be lions next year. I will have whatever you're drinking though.

It shows that he can beat cupcakes, most of the time. If we want a cupcake beater in orange pants, he's our man. If we want someone who can beat good teams, we need to upgrade. People are trying to make it hard, but it's really pretty simple: if you want to win, hire someone who's shown that he knows how to do that. We hired an inexperienced coach with a record of losing and that's exactly what we're doing.

I think you made your point clear earlier by that asinine thread you started about winning the National Championship next year.
