See you in ATL!

I'm rooting for UT, UGA, and LSU to now run the table. UT cruises into the playoffs with a 1st round game at Neyland against IU or ND. I know ND is 0-2, but they are still ranked and bound to slide in.

I'm not sure which is more salty and classless, my response or a georgia fan trolling a tennessee message board?

I would like nothing more than to see Alabama, Auburn, Ole Miss, Florida, and Mississippi State beat the brakes off of your locker room. Georgia is not making it to Atlanta.
How would that look for us?

Lmao

UGA ain’t sniffing Atalanta
Who’s beating them? Like a legit question here?

Texas? Arch looks like crap; their offense is terrible right now.
Bama? I mean maybe but I’m still not impressed with Simpson. I see that being Georgia’s game as well.
Auburn? Maybe they’re a lot better this year but I’m betting they get exposed by UGA.
Florida? With cinco intercepto? (Totally stole that from another poster in another thread too good 😂)
Ole Miss? Might have the best shot but they struggled mightily with Arkansas at home.

What a game! 1st of all y’all should have won. 2nd I’m grateful to have just been able to experience a game with that many emotional swings. Neyland was rocking, pads were popping, and it went to OT. Feel like that was the class of the SEC there. Win the rest of them and I’ll see you in ATL. Much respect as always.
Good game. Glad we’re competitive again but we definitely gave that one away.

Go beat Bama.

He isn't trolling, I can tell by his posts.

Georgia fans were very nasty in 2022 but that hasn't been the case the last 2 years. I was in Athens last year for TN-GA game and the experience was great. Even some of the Stadium workers came by and thanked us for coming and were offering help/services. It was a fun experience. Georgia fans and even Kirby Smart were classy with their comments about the game. It was a tough loss...

Of course, you also have the Uncle Lou ilk but his entire stix is being a butt munch. I think even he respects Tennessee and knew they got lucky to win.

EDIT: I think Uncle Lou, in his own way, was even gratuitous to Tennessee in the YSIO video. Of course, he has to throw a lot of digs here and there because that is his MO.

I never have believed in luck until Saturday . Georgia is the luckiest team I have ever witnessed in my life . No way they even deserved to have a chance at the end. Lucky Dogs.

Based on past experiences as a Tennessee fan, I think it is more of us being unlucky versus Georgia being lucky lol. This kind of crap has happened to us against other teams and even in other sports.

Great game . Now destroy Alabama and beat them down. That Vols and Sooners game could be huge later in year.

I’ve watched a lot of other teams so far. I think Georgia and Tennessee are both solid squads.

Yeah, just from the eye tests, the defenses really didn't look that bad, the offenses were just flat out good. There were also a lot of plays on both sides where the offense got very lucky to make the big play to keep it going.

Tennessee's D-Line and LB core still seems a little slower and Tennessee isn't quite as capable of holding up physically based on how the game went.

One big play that I haven't discussed yet but felt was impactful was the 3rd and 10 play when TN was up 21-7 and Georgia threw the screen past to Zachariah Branch that went 70+ yards for a TD. We had two guys there but they didn't break off their block to stop Branch. That was a pivotal moment to getting UGA back in the game.

Tennessee had a similar one with the deep throw late in the 3rd that gave TN the lead after that deflating Georgia drive. TN and Aguilar seemed rattled and out of it before that drive. I think there was a defensive stop that helped create that momentum.

Well, you’ve got a lot of friends on this board vouching for you. Based on the responses, please accept my sincerest apologies for the salty and classless reply earlier. I mean it, it was wrong of me.

No excuses for it. Where I live, the Georgia fans are an insufferable lot. Imagine living and working with about 20 Unlce Lou’s. I wish nothing more than to see Georgia get beat every weekend. In the past nine years, it’s been pretty sparse, lol.

Apologies again.

No reason to apologize. We all love our teams and I understand completely. I can handle whatever you can throw at me. However, I appreciate the humility and I wish you nothing but the best.

You should have won. I have my fingers crossed however they are our Kryptonite. Best of luck the rest of the season.

I think you guys will beat them. I think key will be the trenches. Georgia is a lot better in the trenches than Alabama.

Alabama has an excellent pass game but I don't think they will be able to run on you guys and their defense is not even as good as Tennessee's defense IMO. I could be wrong.

Cheers to that. We get them at home and two weeks to prepare. Our Db's need 10 days just to recover from running 10+miles Saturday.

Alabama will try to hit you like we did, bank on it. Bernard and Williams are for real and they will score. However, you guys have a solid Offense and QB to keep up with them.

DeBoer's teams have also struggled mightily on the road. LSU was the only exception last year and I think their only SEC road win.

I actually think TNs D line is plenty athletic. Outside of Telander, LB room can run sideline to sideline. My only gripe is the safety position; that group has been slow for years.

Once we get McCoy back along with Moi and Hobbs we should improve.
