Well guys and gals, I find out tommorow if I have to deploy for four months. Our chartered flight leaves Dyess Air Force Base at around 2100 local. I am a back up in case anyone twists their ankle while walking up the stairs to the airplane. I have all my bags packed and my uniform at the ready.

So, if you dont hear from me tommorow night then you wont hear from me for four months. If I have to leave, everyone take care, and I will talk at ya later:salute:

God Bless,
Bill Prince

If you go, stay safe.

God Bless.

Hopefully no one gets injured tomorrow, or any other day while they are gone.

If I go it will be to Qatar, basicly the showplace of the Air Force in the middle east. This place has got it all. Olympic size "heated" pool, DQ, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Subway and of course the huge beer tent. Three beers a day limit. The Sec. of the Air Force showed up one day a few years ago and said the place looked like club med. They have since cracked down on what you can wear when your not "on duty". Alot of the females would getpretty revealing with their evening attire:birgits_giggle: The Air Force is actually going to a PT uniform, whatever.

The AF doesnt like forums like these, thats why I wont be able to visit with yall.

Good luck and stay safe, but most of all thanks! We always have to remember that the most important colors aren't Orange and Crimson but Red, White and Blue. Kick some butt, too!

I got to fly into Qatar for one day when I was in Iraq in 04. Probably the nicest base I've seen in that area of the world. You Air Force guys sure know how to do a deployment.
