Thanks for the responses and ya I know they are 50 yard line. Are they worth the high price and are the people in this area old? Do they tolerate standing all game and consistent yelling?

Man what were you thinking? Not worth the price, you will not be allowed to stand up, and best bring your manners. Trade em in...

Well good thing I didn't buy them cuz that would be disappointing and put a damper on a huge win.

High seat numbers are on the 50 yard line. Low seat numbers would be around the 35. Either way...about the best seats in the house.

Yes, I think that the "down in front" theory is overplayed. I think that most attending a football game expect standing will happen frequently. But much of the west side isn't the best place for somebody that wants to stand 100% of the time. When people age, knees wear out. They shouldn't be excluded from viewing the Vols though. Standing 100% of the time is fine for the student section.

I agree. The idiots who complain about "down in front" are just trying to prove their manhood, fandom, VN cred or whatever. Mostly they have the "me first" entitlement mentality.

Sometimes for me if I'm too close to the field it's hard to see a play develope, but yes you should be plenty happy with your location.
GO VOLS! WIN em ALL!

I meant to say..... Nope, just leave them for me at will call.

My seats were in S row 13 and they were terrific. Mine are now in row 31 and I like them even better. You will love them.

I was right under the upper deck in Section T, some really crazy UT fans in that area. There were a bunch of legacy ticket holders, and the biggest surprise was how many "very rich" fans sit in that section, they were some heck raising O&W fans.

Enjoy the game!

Chances are man, most of the people that belly ache about the blue hairs and sitting over there have never been there.. They probably have not even seen a game live..they are just butt hurt because they can't afford to sit over there.
If you can afford them, get them, I love it there and I am far from a blue hair..I would stay above about row 10 or 15 though, but that would be anywhere in the stadium, nothing against those seats your still about 10 or 12 feet above the field on row 1 but it just makes it tough to see live play across the field. Good luck finding tix and hopefully it will be a great experience.

We sat in T section, row 40 before moving up to the Terrace. Had a ball in T and we're "gray" hairs... with one exception, a nasty Kentucky drunk with a filthy mouth.. the more we kicked their asses, the less he said... what an idiot!

Terrace - was up there for the Butch & Barb women's football camp. They allowed husbands to meet wives for post camp reception. Really nice food area, great hanging photos, big windows to view VOL walk. You made a great choice for seating.
We moved to seats above your section last year. What amazes me is the number of opposing fans in our area and yours. Quite a commitment monetarily to then give seats to opposing team fans [ who are recognized by game wear]. Sincerely doubt any of those seats are scalped, would imagine all are for friends of the holders. Found that quite interesting. Oh, we are fellow gray hairs - alums of 30+ years. :hi:

Over the years I have sat in maybe 12 different sections . From the top to the bottom . I'am not sure there is a bad seat in Neyland .

I think this is very true. My season tickets are in X1 but like you I have sat in many spots and all the seats are good.

We are very pleased with our move to the Terrace, our seats are in third section Q and up against the cool wall, between the camera wells. You are so right about opposing fans sitting up there, bunch of drunk Bama fans got kicked out last season, we all clapped. Love being gray hairs, everybody eventually gets them, then other whipper snappers will complain about them. LOl

Would you say the visiting bench side would be a more lively crowd. Last year I was in QQ and was told to sit down....
