that these men put the President's life in danger even though they are tasked with protecting him. Politicians don't do that every day

knowing a secret and having it on paper that can be stolen are 2 different things

Agree to disagree, politicians put citizens lives in danger every day.

Just a different point of view.

true...but knowing can be just as stolen. Susceptibility to coercion is a main concern. Say these hookers have proof of the encounter and take it to someone that wants to know the secrets. They go to the offending agents and say we are going to tell your wife unless you let us know what we want.

The idea is to not have that situation be possible in the first place.

I agree. On paper or stored in the mind - secrets are at risk when those who possess them engage in activities they would rather others not know about. In this case, even the single guys could have put the President at risk as the prostitutes may have been given access to areas where they shouldn't have been.

I agree, my point, that I have not made well I guess, is that why did this story get out? Should have been handled with no press.

They cant conrol the press in Columbia. The prostitute went to the police, who must have heard about the complaint. If it would have happened here, it would have been, assuming no one here leaked it to the press.

I really cant recall if they asked the question "do you enjoy hookers" on the SF-86. The quote from George Little...."they were not associated with presidential security" changes how I feel about the situation a bit.

Hitlery partying to the wee hours at the Club Havana, dancing to Cuban music, in Categena, Colombia at the summit of the Americas socialist celebration.

According to a local paper cited by TMZ, Clinton and her party "ordered a dozen beers, two glasses of whiskey and bottles of water."

TMZ dubbed her the "Secretary of PARTYING." Sadly, Clinton's impromptu soiree lasted just half an hour.

Hmmm... a half hour, 12 beers and two whiskey drinks in a party of 6+?

I'm hardly surprised that would translate into a hard party for your old, decrepit ass.

Legal in Cartegena, are they under the UCMJ they are govt employees not enlisted men in the military.

Became a story when she went to the police because one of them didn't get paid. Then the press could wind of it.

heard it was $47 dollars that lead to the disagreement, and ultimately their firing

$47 is too low. The girl had a right to be offended. But, $800 is too high. He also deserved to be offended/miffed... unless this was the escort's way of blackmailing him into squeezing more out of him.

"If you don't pay me $800, I'll get your fired."

The truth is somewhere in the middle.
