I'm really talking about WR's & QB's, but it could be any position.

Question:
If SEC intra - conference transfer rule goes away, does this open pandora's box? Think HB after two years starting for Pruitt's run first offense.

Mike Leach said he was able to scout K.J. Costello properly b/c he had to play against him while at Wash State (KJ was at Stanford). He said that was why he recruited him. Does this allow K. Smart, Saban, Leach & Kiffin,... and Pruitt to poach from other SEC schools? You know K. smart will strike after losing Mays.

Don’t really care about Pandora’s box or any players we could possibly lose, it’s the right thing to get rid of the rule.

Yep, there will be poaching. A great passer on a run heavy team might love to transfer to Mike "I never saw a pass I didn't like" Leach. I'm sure we'll lose a player here or there to another SEC team, and we won't like it one bit. However, there is just as much of a chance we'll get a transfer from another SEC team. IMO, I think the very high percentage of transfers will be from/to out of conference teams.
