OL is killing us on penalties. Drive killers at that.

Yep.... There's just no margin for error with this offense. We don't run or protect well and don't really have a HR threat other than maybe Chandler. They need everything to go their way.

With so much back an forth about JG and concern about the O Line I thought it was interesting looking at the passing stats of the entire SEC. It shows stats can deceiving. JG has taken 8 sacks this year. (KC none). There are 4 other teams that have given up more than 8 sacks. We have 1 RB averaging 6.2 ypc and another 5.7 ypc. Fitzgerald was expected to be very good but has been sacked 11times and has the same 4Td 2 int stats as JG. Auburn’s QB has been sacked 10 times and aTm’s 16 times. Do we have the worst O Line or do stats lie?

Our pass blocking is much improved...especially after the WV game. Auburn will be biggest test yet though.

Now our Run blocking...that is where we are severely lacking. Our RBs are pretty much making yards on their own. If we can just block the bubba's in front of the OL for a couple of seconds, we can double or triple our big play abilities with regard to the run.
