I watched like 5 minutes of the Alabama game today. They looked bigger, faster, stronger, sharper and more crisp than we did. They are going to be a better football team than they were last year. :cray:

Watched Auburn, hard to tell. Their defense looked bad. Didn't look like an SEC defense.Cam Newton, who was suppose to be the best quarterback coming from Jr. college to fill that position, didn't look as good as the others. He only had about 60 yards passing, didn't look very good.

Auburn looks about the same as last year in terms of talent and strengths. They have a ton of speed at the skill positions, there were several long runs and short passes going for long yardage. From what I saw of the Alabama game, their offense will be great. McElroy has improved. Trent Richardson looked like the former Heisman Trophy winner, not Ingram. But I only saw bits and pieces of that game.

ESPN guy puts Alabama White team as #1 team in the country. Crimson as the #5.

That's ridiculous.
