I feel our numbers would have been even better had there not been rain in the forecast all week.

I did notice that when people were going through the gates there was a guy with a hand tally counter. I went into gate 21 fwiw.

Find the Alabama spring game film and convince me that their place was 75% full.

Please. Somebody prove me wrong. I haven't even looked. BS stats.

I have watched the Alabama spring game for what seems like an infinite amount of times on CSS. While they may have had that number at the beginning of the game (although it's a little iffy), they definitely did not have as many stay for as long as we did. I went to UT's game, and I was surprised by how long most fans stayed. There was still a good crowd even at the game's end. Alabama's was fairly empty by that point, or at least that's how it appears on TV. But oh well...a couple championships, and you're bound to get complacent!

45,000 at a Petrino-less Arkansas Spring game is most impressive to me.

I understand your point, but just to play Devil's advocate: supposing all those fans showed up in support of a Petrino-less team that had been put through so much recently. A fans' "do all you can for your team which has been facing so much hardship recently" kind of thing. The fact that the game was only a week or so after his firing would possibly suggest that this was the case.

Here, I'll help AC. The school with the bigger number beside it had more attendees than the school with the smaller number beside it.

If u wanna help ppl on this site u should stop paying for Internet for a while.

I am more of this opinion as well. I think fans rallied around the team a bit.

It was on tv here and there were less people at the game since Saban arrived. Still a good amount for the spring game , but nothing close to that number.

Neyland Stadium is equipped with with a high-tech piece of equipment that measures the collective "F-bombs" yelled when Palardy misses a field goal, PAT, kick out of bounds, etc. TIFWIW...

The "Shankapotamus".

Bravo, Mr. Fletcher. Bravo.

I'm surprised Bama's wasn't more; I know in the past they have had complete sellouts.

Like I guessed, nowhere near 75% full. Maybe 20k left during the ridiculously long intro

I would agree after seeing the beginning of that second video. I'm guessing the top deck on the other side looked about the same. It's hard to tell on the bottom level, but with it being a free event and not going to be close to full, I'm guessing people spread out. Still a good crowd for a Spring game...just not 75k.

Out of character for Alabama to claim more than reality

Doesnt appear joining the SEC did alot to boost attendance at AM and Missouri's spring game.
