Oh my Gosh!!! I want that worthless job!

Brandon Spikes...."Best at roaming the open field"????
There is a kid here at Brentwood Academy that is the BEST EVER at "roaming the open field". He does not want to get hit or hit anyone. That kid can flat "roam the field"!!!!He must have a future???

I'm suprised that anyone would waste their time figuring out that junk! WORTHLESS INFO from southern pigskin!

I'm sure they have a lot of time on their hands after the spring games. It is useless but I see why they do it.

yeah because most of the groundbreaking info in CFB comes out in May. Maybe they should be writing an article on the psychological effects of a black jersey?

Maybe I missed it, but did Stafford play lights out after we kicked UGA's teeth in last year? He hasn't shown me much at all, yet he seems to be all-everything this preseason.

That tells me everything I need to know about the credibility of this Southern Pigskin source.

We might have thrown the ball "deep" 15 times last year. One of those was Lucas Taylor throwing it to Coker against Georgia.

Lucas caught a couple of big deep balls last year. I don't think that he's the best deep ball receiver in the conference though.

RE Crompton: The Vols threw the ball 534 times last season. Crompton has the line to want him to throw that many times, and he has the ability. I was more impressed with him against eventual Champion LSU than some here and I have faith that when the season is over, he will be one of the top 2-3 QB's in the conference. Tebow isn't someone you want throwing that much, and Stafford doesn't ever throw that much. To have him start throwing it 30 times a game with Moreno would be moronic. Jon is the best choice.

RE Chavis: By picking him I am not saying the defense was steller last season. However, you do not last as long as a D-Coordinator in the SEC unless you know your stuff. Chavis is a better Coordinator than most Tennessee fans give him credit for. His adaptation of the Prowler package and stewardship of the linebacker position at Tennessee are things other SEC schools would pay a lot of money for. His one knock is the lack of adjustment to this point against the Spread Option. It is my belief the inability to defend it has been more of a personelle problem than a coordinator problem. I think we have the personelle now, we will find out this season if he can put the players in the right places to stop it. I think he will.

I'm sorry, but Arian is not the best RB for killing the clock. He takes almost every handoff outside and out of bounds.
