4 thru 6 are punishment for not knowing anything about 1 thru 3.

Disagree, except for 6.

Rocky 4 was iconic. Filmed in 1985 during the Cold War. US vs USSR. Rocky vs Drago. I was 9 years old at the time it came out. We actually went to these kinds of movies at that age back then. I remember Drago being stuck with a steroid syringe. That defined my understanding of doping -- it was something bad that only the cheater commies did. Every time a Russian was kicked out of the Olympics for doping, it came as no surprise because of Rocky 4. Heck, even Ben Johnson was no surprise by the time the '88 Olympics came around. If you want a great 80's movie night, I highly recommend Rocky 4.... and Red Dawn (the original).

I thought Rocky 5 was pretty good too. Probably my least favorite of them, but still good. Tommy (Gunn) Morrison was great. Very sad story how it ended for him.

All 6? The first three are the only ones worth watching

What do you all think about Creed? Was it good?

(And no, not the rock band that everyone makes fun of the way the lead singer sings Creed)
