SEC refs

I could care less about Auburn. They are the epitome of slimy skirting of rules. IF OU was getting set up by the SEC office, they wouldn't have been given the toughest schedule in the conference their first 2 years while Texas has been given the red carpet treatment by Sankey.
I don’t care about Auburn, either. But I'm not blind to what happened on the field.

SEC football,It's a multimillion $ a year sport/business that hires part time refs that aren't held accountable for lack of excellence. The result is what you'd expect!
You're correct. That is what the conferences should do. The big four conferences, anyway. The SEC, Big 10, Big 12, and ACC all have millions upon millions of dollars upon football alone. Instead of part time refs that don't know what they're doing, they should spend the money and start a training program to where retired and senior officials can train and teach them what they need to do to succeed. And they don't get paid very much. Also, have an incentive program where the better the performance, the more money you make. And the longer you're an official, the more money you get. If the major conferences did something like that, the officiating wouldn't be perfect, but it sure as hell would be a lot better than it is as of right now.

Lets see if the refs take over the game when we play bama. Last time on a touch back they game us the ball on the 2 yard line.

On another note, why did they call AG for intentional grounding on the play where he threw the ball out of bounds last week? Last I heard, the QB always has the option to throw the ball away as long as he is out of the tackle box and the ball goes past the LOS. There was no explanation given.

This play call by the refs killed a scoring drive too. Points that would have won the game. Not to mention the 7 or so PI/holding calls on our DBs versus 1 called all game on UGA. Total BS. If our kicker didnt literally choke away the win on a 42yd FG we would still be undefeated...having beat the pups plus a couple garbage refs.
