This group, is as bad as I have seen.

They are calling stuff that the TV ain't picking up.

Seriously, what Kiffin needs to do is go before the media and praise the SEC officiating. Say the most wonderful things about them in the most snide, tongue-in-cheek manner. That way, when they get upset, he can say; "Well, I didn't say anything bad or complain about the officiating. I don't know what their so upset about."

No, Kiffin needs to send a graduate assistant in his place and have the GA light into the refs. Cuss words, insults, the works.

That way, Kiffin himself couldn't be suspended.

Everyone complains about officiating in every sport, on every level. But when multiple replays re-iterate that repeated penalties consistently go against the same team - something needs to be done.

Slive has dictated that the head coach is to be held responsible for comments made by any of the staff.

SEC officiating has been a national embaressment this year . These officials better run for their lives after games .

If not for the "officials" UT 45 commodorks 6... These refs are absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Embarassment to the SEC! THEY ARE BAITING KIFFIN!!! THEY ARE PIECES OF S**T!!!!

I didn't get to see all of the game, but I did think there were three notable, and possibly important at the time, very bad calls.

1. The PF on the OLineman for cleaning up the pile was suspect, at best, and changed a 3rd and 1 into a 3rd and 16. If there was a problem on that play, it was with the official for being late with the whistle.

2. The PF on the long-snapper was bad. I understand the intent of protecting those guys while they are vulnerable, but the Vandy snapper was in full stance before being engaged.

3. The PI in the endzone was bad.

All together, it makes you wonder if some of the zebras weren't overly fond of some of Kiffin's jabs after the Bama game.

Was it me or were there some horrible calls last night during the game? The two PI calls were awful. There was also a personal foul call on a punt which was because of a rule I had never heard of before, something about giving the snapper a chance do defend himself but if you look at the replay the snapper had plenty of time to defend himself, what gives? I'm no fan of Mike Slive but I hope someone steps in and cleans house on these officials they've all been bad all year.

UT got hosed as usual by these incompetent SEC refs. Kiffin needs to file a protest with the moron mike slive.

I saw no contact on both pass interference calls against the Vols on the Vandy replay. Must have been a lot of $ bet on Tennessee---those were the worst calls I've seen. All in all, the Vols were pretty dominant in the game, take those calls away, and if GJ catches the wide open perfect pass for a TD---Vols win by 25. Horrible, horrible calls. :banghead2:
