So would someone clarify my confusion? Its basically the same as before except its on its own channel and cbs and espn still has 1st choice on the sec games?

Correct. It's like the Big 10 network. ESPN and CBS will cherry pick the best games, i.e. Florida/UT, UGA/UT, Bama/UT, and the SEC network will probably pick up the other games. I'm hoping it will eliminate the need for the PPV games, those are the WORST.

SEC TV ends the PPV games. All games will be televised by an ESPN channel, CBS or SEC Network..
