Did anybody see the bit they did with the rather large female Vol fan that's in love with Tebow.
Video of him bringing her a piece of cake last year.
This year he just smiled.
Geez.....girl,,,u r barking up the wrong tree with Tebow.
Despite the fact that he's a gator and u should be lusting after Vol boys not gators ,...he has stated on several occasions that he is a virgin and due to religious beliefs he will remain one until marriage...

There's no such thing as partial credit in college football. Getting close/Knocking on the door won't keep you around too long as a coach.

Yeah, the arky was definitely quieter. I walked out of the stadium and still had a voice.

As for the Vol fan base this year:
The OU game left us stunned.
The UF game left us devastated. :cray:
And, the Arky game left us numb.

Maybe, the UGA game will leave us....rejuvenated???

He followed Fulmer.

Butch followed Dooley.

If you can't connect the dots then I can't help you.

You mean the 5-7 Fulmer team?

Not the 13-0 Fulmer team

Fulmer didn't exactly leave a stocked team

What part of 2 walk-ons on Oline means depth and experience?

Kiffin is a prick, but he beat Georgia with Crompton, an Online patched up with 2 walk-ons, and a walk-on at MLB and finished 7-6 and went to a bowl his first year

In his 3rd year, I doubt we'd be worried about making a bowl game

I agree. We'd likely be on probation with a bowl ban.

Countvocula, I couldnt qoute you as I have had you on my ignore list for years. But your constant negativity on this board is more than overwhelming and ridiculous. I mean every single damn post. Not just this season but for years.

You not married? No kids? Own your house, I'm sure it needs some preventive maintenance. Nothing more to do than put down the team you supposedly love?? If we were 5-0 you would still be bit$#in about something!

It's very old and if I was a mod I wouldn't let 80% of your posts see the light of day on this site!

Didn't you know? Countvolcula is here to suck away any positivity related to Vol football.

Just told Butch to "strap on a pair" as he exited the SEC Nation stage. He looked...then gave me thumbs-up...I'm encouraged...

GBO!

You make the trip up today? How's the atmosphere?

We're in the student union eating, headed out in a little bit.

Some georgia yahoo walked though shouting go dawgs ( sounded like he was already drunk) so I said "Gimme a THREE!"

You're not very objective.

Fulmer's roster that Kiffin inherited had experienced competing & winning Big games.

2006 & 2007 had several wins that would be considered "signature" wins for the last 6 seasons.

The culture of winning and confidence had not been eroded.

Last year one of our best OL was Jacob Gilliam - a walkon playing tackle with a torn ACL.

2 walk-ons is a bit of a stretch. Both Sullins bros played in '09, but only 1 started.

The current roster has never known anything but losing. The Vols have averaged 6.5 wins from 2008-2014, with a high of 7 and low of 5.

2009 had plenty of talent and several players that went on to be drafted.

If you can't see the progress then I don't know what to tell you - it is night and day from 2012. That team quit at the first sign of adversity.

We just need to clean up some sloppy penalties, poor coaching decisions and execute when the opportunity presents itself.

This year could be the turning point. I don't have a lot of patience for fans that have written this team off and seem hopeful that we lose.

Butch is here through 2016 - no doubt about it. So, why not just cheer for the team and let this season play out?

tl;dr

Go Vols!
