SEC Inside Tennessee vs Georgia

Watching it too. Truly the turning point

It was a must win for CBJ. The natives would have sacrificed him if he lost that one, especially with the way we just quit against OU and Fla. I think he has learned a valuable lesson, keep your foot on the gas!

I am happy to hope that he did. We will be played neck and neck but depth should win the day this year.

Aside from the 1st quarter, was my favorite game of the season to watch. Reminded me of the come from behind win vs South Carolina last year. Vols never panicked.

Dobbs talked about how the game didn't feel like a 24-3 game. He mentioned a couple UGA's scores coming on a fumble return TD, and a punt return TD. He said they never panicked and knew they could win.

If not for a couple of those fortunate early scores UGA had, it would have been a blow-out by the Vols - 45-17 or potentially even 52-17.

If he learned it during the Georgia game, he forgot it by the South Carolina game. Hopefully it has finally sunk in.

I watched it last night too.

I also remember watching it live and having to turn my head on the replays of Chubb's knee injury. Brutal.

I think UGA would have won the east had he not got hurt.

What a great game. I remember freaking out with my friends as we finally closed out a big win. The stadium was going nuts. Great atmosphere.

I like to believe that this was the game Butch learned to be a little more aggresive in. Unfortunately, it took being down big to coax it out of him, but even in the early stages of the game I remember him making some game decisions and play calls that he did not make against Florida or Oklahoma.

If we want to be successful this year, not only does our team have to continue to develop over the off-season, Butch has to develop as a coach as well. He can't coach scared anymore. I want to see 2013 Georgia Butch back for every game this year. That man coached his ass off that game. Fake punts, constantly going for it on 4th and short. I loved it. We may have lost that game but that was BY FAR the best coached game in Butch's short UT career.

I agree. If that Butch shows up every game...watch out!

The players and coaches left it on the field that game.

If buTch and all our coaches have learned their lessons then we'll see lots of our backups playing in the 3rd and 4th quarters this year.

Backup D will still stop other teams because we finally have awesome talent and depth.

Backup O should still put points on the board because this year our backup QB's need real game knowledge and experience passing the ball, not just handing it off all the time.

It's important to keep Dobbs and our starters healthy and fresher and let our backups get ready to become starters next season with more experience and knowledge this season.

Building a Champion WIN by WIN...VFL...GBO!!!
