I am a Tennessee fan, however I believe that LSU will repeat in 2004. They are well coached and have a young team. I would still love to see Tennessee win but we have to wait and see.

Go Vols

You may be right as long as Saban doesn't leave. :flush:

When LSU hired Saban I said over and over again that LSU would be the power house team of the SEC in two or three years. He has worked a miracle in turning that program around as quickly as he did. That program was in serious shambles when he took the reins.

I exhaled a great sigh of relief when Spurrier jumped to the NFL because his adolescent fits were an embarrasment for all of us in the SEC, and because he always fielded dynamite teams. Saban, on the other hand, is a class act. However, I won't shed any tears should he part for the NFL. Mark my words!! As long as Saban is at LSU, his Tigers will be THE TEAM to beat year in and year out. If he hangs around long enough, he'll eclipse the Bear Bryant legend.

As a die-hard Vol fan, I know this sounds sacrilegious. But reality has to be faced when it comes to a coach like Saban.

There is no doubt in my mind that Saban is a great coach and he also has a great staff. Their recruiting has been unbelievable. I agree with TitanVol in that I really think that Saban and Jimbo Fisher may be gone by next year. :cross:

I'm also in agreement that Saban will leave...especially if they pull off the upset of OU and win the MNC. Coaches love challenges and strive to eventually be an NFL coach!

A Gator fan from North Carolina? What would your fellow Tarheels say?

I follow the Heels as well....I went to the F$U-UNC game, but not much to root for during football...glad the roundball has started! :D

Hey NC Gator. I am a Vol here in NC and have also been stuck in Dallas. Dallas was the worst with all the TU Longhorn fans and OU people. As for NC, it is great because they cannot talk any smack on me unless they are talking about BBall. Even then I deny that we have men's BBall in TN but we do have a few few ladies in K-ville that play a little hoops.

Go Lady VOLS!!!
