Chubb and Fournette showed out yesterday.

I'd love for the Gator Bowl to catapult Hurd into that discussion. Admittedly, Chubb and Fournette run behind something known as an offensive line and Jalen has yet to do that.

We have one big problem. I don't care what else Butch and co did with the extra practices. I want to see progress on the one big problem Friday and I want Hurd to have a chance to get in the conversation with Chubb and Fournette.

And Vols will win if he does. GBO!

hate to be that guy, but unless the o-line has gotten superman good in 15 bowl practices its just not going to happen. if the other two guys ran behind our o-line 777yds would be all the get also.

Agree- Chubb was Georgia RB good yesterday. Both him and Fournette have great vision and speed. Hurd will improve as our o-line gels.

Olines make a big difference. Think Chubb or Michel will have big year next if Chubb gets hurt look for Michel to have 1500 their line is that good. They lose their center their Captain on line but everybody else back. Think Fournette or Hurd would had 1500 behind this line. I guess why UGA is RB U.
It did surprise me when Chubb broke through crowded D line and got ran down at about 10 yard line. Thought he was one of top 100 dashers in Ga. I think he beat E Berry couple times.

What amazes me is that they were able to recruit and sign all 4 of these guys.....Gurley, Marshall, Chubb and Michel. And they've always had 2 or 3 NFL caliber RB's on their roster it seems. Same for Bama. They're somehow able to get these guys to sign knowing they'll have to wait their turn. Incredible job of recruiting. I keep waiting for yet another 5 star RB to announce for UGA any moment.

Kinda like having a Hurd, Kamara, and a Bussey?

Could you imagine Tennessee if they had combination of Chubb and Hurd this season? Tennessee was close with Chubb, too bad Butch couldn't seal the deal.

We could've had Bo Jackson back there and it wouldn't have mattered. We didn't block anybody.

Hard to believe Chubb was the 6th ranked RB coming out of HS. As of now, I would have him #1.

Not taking away from this player but it's hard to believe that the other 5-star Georgia commit (Sony Michel) was ranked higher than Chubb!

I saw Chubb play gilmer county high school last year and he was terrible. He put in about 35 lbs and us a beast. I would take fornette in tge lint run. Hurd is going to be good too, but not as good as Chubb and fornette. They are A backs while Hurd is a B back. Hurd lacks the break away speed.

Chubb is a stud and so is Hurd but both suffer if there is no blocking. I am more impressed with Fournette as a true freshman. He runs with power and if he breaks free, he's gone. Size, power and speed like Bo. I think Hurd has the same type of makeup but he just needs a block to show it.

Fournette is a super star. Chubb is good but not as good as fournette.

And Fournette ran a kickoff back for a TD yesterday. I'm not sure if Hurd could do that. I would love to wrong about that.

I think Hurd is probably as fast as Chubb, if not a hair faster.
