A wacky game Louisville vs South Carolina. Really bad basketball.. missed layup after missed layup.
The pace has favored Louisville and I’m not sure they will hold on but they have outplayed South Carolina tonight so far.
I keep telling the fanatics some teams aren’t really what people think they are.. It’s a long season.

This how I know it’s fans on this forum posing as UT fans. Folks say this about Tennessee but tonight South Carolina and now LSU looking like middle school teams against average ACC teams and it’s silent on this forum!
The jokes write themselves! Duke and LSU both trash teams..

LSU going to lose some games this season. If they think this is an impressive win better think again. Duke is one of the worst teams I’ve seen this season.

From what I have seen bouncing around and watching parts of the SEC/ACC Challenge, the refs are having a real problem with the new hand check rule. In each of the games this evening, they are allowing an awful lot of contact and are not calling fouls when a defensive player has both hands on the offensive player at the same time. Personally, when I read the new rule I thought it was going to cause a problem in the game to game application and, so far, it seems, at least to me, that I was correct.

Adding: In the LSU-Duke game, they are letting LSU get away with, in my opinion, some particularly hard contact, both with hands and body contact which knocks the Duke players off-stride. As I understand the rule, more contact is allowed than previously, but not contact that impedes the opposing player's movement.

Syracuse has been squirreling away the ACC money for years and not reinvesting in facilities and coaching at the same pace as many other ACC schools. Not sure the reasons or where the $ is directed, but they certainly have taken a less than ideal approach to athletic success than many of their ACC cohorts. If the cash is directed more towards academics and research than I would not argue there, but again I am not sure what they spend their ACC money on.
Ya Rooster1.... what is the matter with them? BC also woefully poor in athletic investment. They announced this past week a sizeable increase to football investment. It is as if both schools went to the bank with switchover to ACC 20 years ago.....

Gonna be interesting the future of this conference.... i do not blame Florida State and Clemson for wanting to escape
