I'm in the same situation, except don't know whether to request through UT or buy from bowl site. I'm afraid I'll end up in upper deck, when I can get lower level now.

Unless you have a favorable donor number, I recommend you get them now. You will not get a great seat through the UT office. I did not have great seats in Oklahoma, so I went a got my own for this one.
