I'm taking some non-student friends to the game on Saturday. Since we couldn't find tickets in the Student Section for them, we're all sitting in Y10. What's it like in that section? I've never sat in any other section, than the Student Section, or L.

Why didn't you get them student tickets? Y10 sounds like end zone. I don't like it, but some may. What row?

Row 40. And I didn't get them student tickets, because one of them is 12. I know what goes on in the student section, and I don't want her in there, lol.

That should be high enough to see wtf is going on down on the field. Lower end zone sucks brutally.

Fine as long as you don't sit on each other's laps.

Seriously, responding to the OP -

I had only sat in GG or high row student section. I sat in 4th row section T behind the bench last season and it was so different. Liked being low so much got tickets in R row 2 this season. Close to the action, louder, etc.

I have seats in Y9, row 43. I sat on the sidelines for years until Mike Hamilton took my seats away. That being said, it is high enough to see well for most of the field. When the teams are in the south endzone, you use the jumbotron. However, an endzone is a different prospective. You can see plays develop better, just not how far they go.

Thanks Tom. I think what I was really getting at though, is how is the crowd in that section? Is it full of "blue hairs?" Or am I going to be allowed to stand up and cheer on my team without having to embarrass myself in front of my buddies yelling at old folks?
