Season Tickets

This is what I am going to do, since I am at work right now. I hope it is just a computer related issue.

I called UPS and they advised me to wait till I got home from work to make sure they are there, and if not then to call back to file a report. I thought about calling the ticket office to make sure that no one had called in and changed the address at last minute, like the email said you could.

Here's the rules, we will not do a change of address, we will make 3 attempts to deliver, if the tickets cannot be delivered they will go to the ticket office for will call.

Update from earlier post, looks like it was just a mix up. Although it is still showing the original delivery message, it is now showing an additional one for my hometown. Praying they are there when I get home! lol

The way our system works is, once the tickets are on the preload, where they load the package cars, they are considered out for delivery. Businesses are delivered 1st then residential in the afternoon. If you have a problem I will send you my work email and I will do my best to get it taken care of quickly.

Hey UT_Dutchman, I had an issue with UPS a year or so ago over some SEC championship tickets that were shipped 2 day priority and were "lost" and then delivered a few days after the event to the buyer I had sold them to.

I was told by UPS there was nothing they could do about it and they refunded my 20-some odd dollar shipping fee. I had to eat the price I paid for the tickets (bought them from SEC) since they were worthless when they got to the buyer.

Anything else I could've or still could do??

That is interesting...can you insure the value of something that has time limit? The tickets were essentially broken when they reached their destination.

I would think UPS would see the tickets as perishable...like food.

I was told by my UPS store that they couldn't be insured as they were considered "documents"....

Mine is a cheap seat and I got a number this morning so that's not the case lol.

Well guess I should have done what I always tell my parents to do when they can't find an email. Checked my junk mail folder and there it was. Says it was delivered to the house today!

Give me a little bit. We will insure documents, but we have rules on this.

We will insure documents, but we only pay replacement value. We look at every circumstance and we do make some concessions. I believe if you would have pushed it we would have given you the face value. I do apologize for that situation. Also you have 1 year to make a claim and if no insurance is claimed the most we will pay is $100.

Thanks man! That would've been good info to have, because my store in Chattanooga just sort of acted like it wasn't their problem. It's been 18 months, so I guess you live and you learn

Hard to ignore the inspiration for these. Possibly the best looking season tix we've ever had.

Mine are on the way to New York via Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, and New Jersey. Theoretically being delivered tomorrow.

Wait, wait, wait. We can make this label, but we can't officially call the UT/UK game "The Beer Barrel Bowl"?

Got mine yesterday and surprise surprise, got Lot 40 for parking. Anybody want to trade, that lot is on the wrong side for me.
