Season tickets delivered?

When are digital season tickets sent out?

I just emailed the UT rep who sold me a pair of tickets a couple of months ago. She usually responds within 48 hrs, so I will advise her response upon receipt.

Go Vols!

Is this factual? I was under the impression that paper tickets weren’t possible this year.

Just print them out and save yourself some cash.
Some people like to collect the stubs. I know when I went to games as a kid I kept every one of them and had them displayed in my room.

Yes. There was a window early this year that they gave that option and then changed to not giving it. I confirmed today with them again that I should receive printed tickets in the next two weeks.

According to this there are no more paper tickets.
Tennessee football tickets, parking passes are all digital now

Which is not 100% the case.

They say this:
Tickets can be managed on a mobile device or desktop web browser, but a mobile device is required to use tickets on game day. Fans are encouraged to download the Tennessee athletics app for easy access to tickets.

But I informed the ticket office that I don’t own a smart phone 😜 so they had to adjust.

You are correct. I only said that I want my tickets mailed to me, no fuss or excuse given. Was told that was fine, however, there would be a $50 Season Handling Migration charge.

**Edit** I'm going to call and double check.

**Edit** He told me that they indeed were no longer issuing paper tickets. I told him I requested paper and was charged a $50 migration charge. He then said yes, in that case I would receive paper tickets by mail. Sounds like they must have started off with a preference but option still available. Now, probably not. So I imagine this will be the last year for the few of us who prefer paper.
