I don't mind someone standing when we are trying to make a stop on 3rd and 3. I stand for that. This guy stands even when there is an injury and most every play. I have to stand to see the field over him and I'm 2 rows back. Hopeless for the guy in front of me, and when I stand, the guy behind me gets ticked and he has to stand.

Sometimes you want to see the field even when it's a commercial. Watch the bench. You can see my view. Most of the field blocked.

It's midnight and I just got home. Had a guy drive about a quarter mile behind me for many miles with high beams on. I thought, there are a lot of similarities. From where he's sitting in the cab of his truck, he can see everything and there isn't a law against it. But it's inconsiderate of those around.

I tapped him on the shoulder ans showed him the picture. He got defiant. There were plenty of empty seats, on the 50 in the lower deck, so I just moved. I told the fellow one row below me that I was leaving and apologized if I made it worse for him. He shook my hand.

GBO.
You can tell that idiot wasn't even looking toward the field. Looks like he was on his phone. No respect. Should have smacked that hat off his fukn head and told him to go stand somewhere else or sit the hell down. Hopefully if he see's this post he will know next time to respect others and go stand in a line somewhere. 5diots like that kill it for everybody behind them. I give you 2 thumbs up for not renewing your tickets.

Nope. Renewing season tickets after another underwhelming hire is a signal to the powers that you don't care if the program is winning or losing, because you're gonna spend the money regardless. Which gives them the ok to continually go out and hire no name coaches.

Guy two rows in front of me stands even during commercials. My view. If I can’t move my seats, I’m not renewing. Only guy in the section standing most of the time. This is my view.

I don't go to games but if that happened to me I would tell the person to please sit down. If I had to tell him twice wouldn't be so nice the second time. Guy in the pic looks like a POS.

Thanks for the reply. I’m on the first row of my section and am aware of that and don’t ever stand unless people behind me are or if there’s a big play and I can’t help myself. I do like to stand during TV timeouts and halftime simply from being tired and sore from sitting during game play. Never had anyone say anything to me for years until some rude comments last night about standing during Vandy bands “performance”.

Thanks again for the input.

Season ticket holder for 37 yrs. depends on the coach, but I'm not excited about starting another 5 yr rebuild job. I have zero confidence the current group of players have the desire and ability to compete in this league. This yr was a complete embarrassment.

We will renew. Ptcarter, I don't blame you, there's no reason to stand an entire game, you paid for your tickets too. Have an usher ask him to sit, some never think of those around them.

An usher told me last year that they can't tell fans to sit down

This is exactly right. Standing up looking at his phone.
P.S. I am going to renew tickets. Over the years, I have made a good contact in the ticket office. I usually try and better my tickets come about May/June timeframe when seats get available. I will move - just to get away from this guy - he did it all season. I may end up a tad further away from the 50, but it'll be worth it. That's why I called him on it - I knew I'd never be behind this guy again.

If you ever think the VOLS will be back ( and look at how Auburn played yesterday- we could be back there sometime soon with no snake-oil coach). You can cement some good tickets when all other are balling out on theirs.

I'm a season ticket holder and have been going for 38 years. This is the 1st season I haven't attended 1 game. After at least a dozen straight years of mediocre to horrible football I won't be renewing my tickets unless they hire a homerun as HC. I won't even back to see the pretty renovations to the stadium partly paid for by the Cleveland Browns owners.

I quit renewing right about the time Fulmer parted ways with Sanders. I was sick of Phil before the crowd got sick of Phil. They get Campbell, Frost, Leach, Petersen, or even a good coach yet to be mentioned and I will do what it takes to get a pair. They get Kiffin, and I won't even watch on TV.

Next time, pass the guy in front of you an industrial strength spray exoxy. And once he finally sits down, both of you move.
