Attention basketball season ticket holders: You can apply for NCAA basketball tickets on the utsports.com website. I am not a season ticket holder, and if anyone that is not able to travel to the games wouldn't mind giving me their account number and PIN number that was was provided by the ticket office, that would be greatly appreciated. Nothing would mean more to me than to be able to cheer on the Vols in Charlotte, and there is no other possible way of getting tickets. Thanks.

Good call OhioVol.. I would be interested in that too!! So if you get a pair and need to get rid of one let me know

I guarantee you that you can get tickets if you show up at the arena about 1 hour prior to the game. If it were me, I'd wait to purchase until about 5 minutes to tipoff.

Ya but how much would these tix be going for?? I guess it all depends on who is there. Just need Ark or Ind to beat NC in that second round!!

scalped tickets are the purist form of capitalism you'll find. It is nothing but supply and demand. There will be some demand, but the pricing will not be any worse than you'll find online or anywhere else. In fact, holding out until tipoff will usually net you some pretty good pricing. Might not get the best tickets, but the pricing gets really good as the seller starts to look at taking some home with him.

The University's allotment has been sold out for a while. Those applications went out several weeks ago and all 1200 tickets have been sold. Mike Hamilton confirmed that this morning on the radio.

However, as of this morning, the ticket office in Birmingham was said to still have tickets remaining.

So basically what your saying Freak, is that that application system is worthless because they are all gone already. So as of what everyone knows, there is no other allotment to the university, or if the sec will supply any. I have called all around today, and nobody knew anything.

The only problem I have with scalping, is that I would feel a lot more comfortable having tickets in hand if I am going to travel 6-7 hours to watch our Vols play. If worst comes to worst, that will be my best option, but if ANYONE has anything they could help it would be of much appreciation. Lets go out there on Friday and show everyone that we are for real and ready to go on a 6 game win streak! Thanks, and GO VOLS!

I don't know if you guys saw a thread a started about a week ago about getting Final Four tix for UT. You can go to this site FirstDIBZ.com and for a premium reserve tickets at face value if UT makes the Final Four. It would be cheaper than scalper prices thats for sure.

I bought mine a couple weeks ago. I know its a little risky but I feel like the pay-off is worth it.

Im assuming that Tennessee will make it to charlotte and as I said before if they do
