Season ticket delivery?

I emailed about the extra season tickets ordered. They said the tickets will ship out on the 22nd. That seems to be cutting it pretty close to the opener.

Yeah I contacted them today also, I became a season ticket hold late June and mine still haven't been shipped yet either. They said they would be going out Monday the 22nd as well. Cutting it pretty close....

I sold the APP State tickets on Stubhub. I went in to change the date of delivery. The buyer now has the option to cancel with me paying 20% of the tickets or 20% of the replacements. I am hoping they are understanding and accept the changes.

I sold my Appalachian tickets also but luckily not through Stub Hub but that is still making me nervous about them not sending them out till the 22nd cause I want to use the post office to ship since cheaper but takes at least 2 days. Do not know what the hold up is I went on the new ticket website and saw tickets were printed 2 weeks ago.

Greed! That's what the hold up... ticket office wanted to wait a few extra weeks to sell a handful of tix. Wonder if they think it is worth it having 1000's grip about it. I hope they make a better logistic decision next year.

You should've called Stubhub first before you did that. I had the same issue last yr with Preds tickets...I called Stubhub and they changed my delivery date without giving the buyer the option to cancel because the ticket office was at fault, not me. I would think the same would apply here.

I'm very irritated about receiving the tickets so late. I sold my App St tix on Craigslist and that's cutting it way too close.

The ones I could not use I sold to individuals. I texted a so called buyer yesterday not following through with his obligation with our deal because I did not have tix yet. Selling tix before you get them is like trying to sign a football commit... they say they are committed but most lose interest if they don't get their tix right away.

I did a chat with Stubhub because I couldn't get the date to change. They were able to do it for me. The buyer has 24 hours to cancel. I think I am safe now. I will call next time if the ticket office is to blame. Thanks for the info.

Nice check in. I did the same thing earlier this week. Maybe with the increased inquiries, they will start shipping some of them out on Friday 8/19.

From the earlier round back at the end of July/early August, most people received their tickets 1-2 days after they were shipped. I would hope that these would move as quickly, considering how close we are to the first game.

Anybody know if they are including the bags with this mailing of tickets?


CincyVFL, no bag with our season tickets, no bag with our Candy tickets (which came separate) and now waiting on A&M tickets- was told the ticket office was waiting on the tickets from A&M.. oh yeah, no bag with the Bristol tickets.

But No bag whatsoever yet.

Anybody know if they are including the bags with this mailing of tickets?

The past few years I have recieved a Donor "Thank You" pack with a license plate, vehicle decals, and some other stuff. I bet they will come with this.

May I have ya'lls attention please!! Just got off phone with Tennessee Fund.

#1, Thank you packets are being printed as we type and will be sent out some time next week.

#2, Each season ticket holder will receive a clear plastic bag separately, Tennessee is waiting on them from their vendor and hopefully will be sent out next week as well.

Let's all keep our fingers crossed we all get two separate packages.

I just want my tickets I am like others sold my Appalachian state tickets on collation and sending them out next week is cutting it close, I sent tickets by UPS last week and it took 3 days as opposed to Post office it only took 2 days, UPS us slow which if tickets go out Monday I probably want get them till late Thursday! It really ticks me off that the ticket office might cause me to lose a sale and money!

Stubhub lets you choose a "tickets in hand date". For the app State game, i believe the default date was 8/24.

For the season ticket holders that know they have tickets coming, they can sell tickets before they are physically in hand, because they SHOULD be able to count on our ticket office to get the tickets out sooner than a few days before the first game.
