Scroll Bar Disappearing

Not sure what is going on but whenever the side ad banner loads the scroll bar disappears. Also can't use the page up/down keys and the middle mouse button also doesn't work. I tried clearing cookies and a few other things but no dice. This happens both in threads on the forum pages.

Mods can you help me out?

I don't know if it helps but its a weight watchers/loss banner that seems to be causing the issue.

Still having issues? Does it only happen when you see that banner? If you see it again, send me a screenshot and a link to where it takes you if you click it, and I'll see if I can track it down.
