Rexy found this on another site and put it in the JS thread in recruiting...

I ran into Coach Cregg and Monte tonight at Texas Roadhouse right beside West Town Mall...Monte is just as friendly as everyone always says. They were there with about 20 of the defensive and offensive line.

Anyway, I asked Cregg about his thought on getting Scroggins and he said "I wouldn't get your hopes up, and it looks to be a long shot...but don't worry..we have a suprise coming". I asked him if that meant Lamaison and he said no...so take it for what it's worth.

Normally I would assume that was a typo and it wouldn't bother me and not to be a butthole, but it appears three times so I can't help myself. It's "thread"

Knox news (Dave Hooker) has reported that his sources have said Jesse Scroggins has indeed committed to USC.....

That would make sense, but he filmed the decision yesterday. His dad got in yesterday morning.

I really believe he honestly just wanted his dad to be there.

Well, since this isn't National Signing Day, this isn't etched in stone. He could always pull a switch-a-roo on USC.
