You do realize that "verbals" are about as binding as wet tissue paper.

None of the QB's have signed anything. February is a long way off. If we can improve on the field of play, we'll get a QB.

Comments like this are the reason no one wants to discuss football with you; they just want to order their burger and fries and let you move on the the next customer.

Ridiculous post - There is alot of time left, no one has signed anything. I also believe that there will be seniors that bloom over the course of this season and we could pick up a great quarterback that no one is talking about now.

While we have lost Scroggins to USC it isn't the end of the world. The sky isn't falling and we don't know what the future my bring. While I would have liked to have had a top QB at this time already committed there will be others and I am sure we can get one of them. So lets move on and get ready to welcome in the next great QB for the Vols

I'm disappointed in our recruitment of quarterbacks so far. Thats what we had to have more than anything and it hasnt been done so far. He is going to have to pry someone away or we are going to end up with a guy that has no business playing here or pray that we get a top flight guy who can start as a freshman when stephnes is gone. Quit this not a big deal no sense. You can complain about something and still be a Kiffin fan. I feel like I did when I have complaints about Pearl in his early years and people went nuts on me. Get over it. If you guys think we are pulling him from USC I'd say thats pretty laughable too. He lives twenty minutes away and people keep saying that he wont play there. That is probably true but what good player worth a crap didnt think he could beat out whoever is in his way.

i tend to disagree i think our biggest needs are the offensive and defensive lines. you can win with an average qb that has a great line that can control the game. And at least we lost him to USC that is out of the Conference

How funny is this? He pushes his announcement date around multiple times to try and create as much hype as possible and then someone leaks it before the video is aired, does no one else find that funny?

Not to mention, in his interviews he gave it away the whole time that he was going to USC. "Im most comfortable there." "My parents... blah blah blah."

And my final rant, the irony is that he won't even play at USC. I definitely don't think he will play two years. I think its a 50% chance he plays only his senior year and a 50% chance they recruit another elite QB by his senior year so he won't even play.

On a final note, this is cause for major concern, but what I am hoping is that Kiffin flips another QB. If he stole Bryce from Miami last year hopefully he can steal Brunetti or Simms.

There's no guarantee any of the recruits we've "lost" have any business playing here. This just isn't a loaded QB class

Dont attack the kid. First off he network moved his announcement and he is playing 20 minutes from where he is from so being more comfortable is very possible. As far as not playing, no player worth a crap ever though that they didnt have it in them to beat out who was ahead of him. I'm disappointed in the kids decision but he hasnt done anything worth bashing him over

I wasn't attacking the kid, I didn't call him any names, but Im not going to sit here and be extra nice about it when the kid is making a dumb decision in respect to playing time. In my opinion your either for us or against us. I care about UT football and its players. No one else.
