You don't keep a talented RB on the bench just because he occasionally struggles with pass protection. Period.

And back in the spring, Kiffin specifically said that he would not sit a talented kid for that reason.

I think it provides more hints of optimism than concern. As of now, most have faith that our defense will be fine this year, so to see our O go out there and build some confidence is def. a good thing. However, we will find out by sep.19th whether or not we should have been concerned about our defense...

I think they said the Defense was pretty vanilla at times by design
