The frustration with Mike is not just with drops, its drops in dire situations. He dropped a few sure TDs last year that could have changed the complexion of the game.
As far as Heup scoring regardless, I disagree. Points were at a premium against SEC competition with Milton and Nico.
in the 23 losses, UT scored 16 against Florida, 10 against Georgia, 7 against Missouri, and 20 against Bama. There were several wins with low scoring as well.
In the 24 losses, UT scored 14 against Arkansas, 17 against Georgia, and the 17 against OSU even though they were clearly the best team in CFB that season. They only eclipsed 30 once against SEC competition (Vandy). Non conference games were fine obviously.
In 25, the O with Aguilar made some strides so its easy to forget how many games were low scoring the previous two seasons when the O struggled to get over the goal line in league play that led to some bad losses. The D bailed them out in 24. Not so much in 23.
