Screw Georgia

By joking about mustard bottles being thrown (like the rest of CFB did/does). Lighten up, Francis.
No - by being on another fanbase discussion board talking about McD bags, mustard bottles, etc. right after winning a natty. If you want to gloat a bit, gloat about your success, but lay off trashing our program on our site. Again, lack of class is why people don’t like your fanbase.

This is a serious question. How do we get back to the top? Seriously. I just don’t see it. I mean did any of you really take a good look at UGAs and Bamas OL and DL? And let’s not even mention LBs. How can we honestly ever expect to get the Will Andersons, Jordan Davis and Nakobe Dean type of players?

What you saw tonight is the assurance that UT will only get rejects from the state of Georgia now.

At least until they see they aren’t going to get any playing time and enter the portal. I’m not sure what the rule is, but the portal may make coaches continue to develop relationships even after a highly sought after recruit signs with another team.

If Steson Bennett can win a Natty, any QB playing under Huepel is capable.

Bennett won cause his defense played great long enough for him to make some plays in 4th Qtr. Without their D holding Bama to FGs, Bennett is out of it by 4th Qtr.

But give SB credit, he responded when it was on the line. He was FAR better than GA’s last NC QB Buck Belue who didn’t complete a pass in the 1981 Sugar Bowl than won the title for Ga.

Neither of whom has played a down for Bama or Georgia yet, not is responsible for our losing to them. Both have a handful of Tennessee players at most, neither program is built off a stealing our in-state players as the poster I responded to implied.
When other schools take your top 10 in state recruits that absolutely has a hand in beating you. If Nolen, Simpson, James, Wade bros etc. had signed with UT, many others would have followed and we have a Top 5 class. There's more than one way to skin a cat. Keeping our top players from wearing orange is very advantageous to other programs.

The only player of significance from Tennessee on Georgia's team this year was freshman WR Adonai Mitchell, who Pruitt's DA didn't want, he was a 3 star but it was a good eval by Smart.

It's going to take a while and nobody wants to hear, or believe, that. And, now with the NIL loophole to "pay" players, UT will be even further behind the "Bamas" and "Georgias." No one wants to hear, or believe, that either. But UT and its donors aren't rolling around in all the cash that over half of Volnation wants to think that they are. Sure, there's more money circulating around this program than say Arkansas State, but not TA&M kind of money.

I think UT has the potential to be a good team in the next three years or so. However, I think it will be a while before UT is capable of making a consistent appearance in the playoffs, or even becoming championship team again.
