That is a true post. Our Vols are fine and will play with great passion tomorrow night! Go Vols!Everyone is overreacting to the blown lead. In the end we have shown over the course of the season we are a well balanced, disciplined, and mature team. We find ways to win, even when things seem to go against us for a stretch. In the end, we have won 31 games and know what it takes to finish with the W.
Yet, I haven't even looked at the re-seeding, but I bet Duke is ranked #1...which if you follow the same logic everyone is putting on Tennessee should be ranked near last. They never lead by 25, but trailed half the game against a #9 seed...and were fortunate the last shot rolled out....why don't they get flack, when we do?
I don’t get it either. We may not win it all, or we may, but I’m very confident that Duke won’t make the final four. I wouldn’t be too surprised if they lose to Va Tech. Commentators talk about how tough their path is/was even though they’re the #1 overall seed. I’ll never understand it. I honestly don’t think they’re that good. I’d put $$ on the Vols by 6+ on a neutral courtEveryone is overreacting to the blown lead. In the end we have shown over the course of the season we are a well balanced, disciplined, and mature team. 21 out of our 34 regular season/SEC tournament games were on either ESPN or ESPN2. 12 were on the SEC Network, and 1 was on CBS. Do you really think we didn't get enough exposure this year?? We do drive ratings and have gotten plenty of attention nationally. Duke happens to have a generational player on their team this year that is a freak of nature. ESPN would have to be complete idiots to not capitalize on that. There are hundreds of thousands of people that are typically NBA fans only tuning into college basketball to watch Zion.
.I don’t really care what ESPN says about us, but the constant pumping of the University of New Jersey at Durham and that rat faced little weasel of a coach just gets old.
Zion charged, the block was called, and the UCF big man was out. Like Freaking clockwork. Just like Dook pays for players. Unless you believe Dook Vitale that ratface is pure as Rat sh&$ driven snow.
