Scout predicts us to go 7-5 this year, which is possible.....but take a look at their prediction abit closer......

9/5 Western Kentucky - Win
9/12 UCLA - Win
9/19 at Florida - Lose
9/26 Ohio - Win
10/3 Auburn - Win
10/10 Georgia - Win

11/14 at Ole Miss - Lose

pretty accurate..except for the KY game. what was their prediction on the USCe game?

I see the same record but flip the UGA and UK results basically. Also could see 8-4 with a win over USCe...but who knows.

all true, true......just couldn't believe they picked KY to beat us.......guess they missed the past 28 ones!!

This is what I think. If we go 7-5 it will be because we lose to Georgia. I think, however, USCe in Knoxville will be a win. 8-4 isn't unreasonable. No way we lose to KY though.

I cant say anything untill the season/game is over. I never thought we would lose to Wyoming! Right now the record is 0/0.

I did and won a $50 gift card to a prominent Italian restaurant in town based on that concept. But in tune with my life, before I could get my family together to go enjoy a nice dinner at said restaurant, they went out of business.

I think it's 8-4. Tennessee was a better team last year than their win/loss record actually showed. If we can achieve 8-4 (or 7-5 for that matter) Kiffin will get the praise for turning the team around and Tennessee will end up with a top 5 recruiting class.

people have been doing that for a few years now. Our win streak against UK has gotten to the length where they and several other sports analysts think that it has to end soon, so the last few years people have been going back and forth picking that upset to be the ones who called it more or less.

Now though, if you look at it a bit in the sense of a 5-6 team w/ a new coach against a team that's been to 3 bowls in a row....yeah it's a bit feasible. (Kiffin better not lose to them or vandy)

I'm surprised you're not more upset about the SC upset pick.

Yes, i hate SC too!! haha!! But, part of our UT tradition is beating Vandy and KY......to pick that upset, after they lose Woodson, and some defensive players last year, I mean, they have no one left!! Plus, we beat them last year with like 5 plays, all running up the middle!!

If KY was goign to beat us, it should have been with Woodson, that was their best chance.....now the streak keeps goin'.....

If we beat GA and are 5-1 going into Bama which this prediction states, LOOK out!! That would be a HUGE confidence booster for this young team. If it plays out like that, 9-3 or 10-2 could be possible. I dont think we lose to USC or KY and IMO I think Ole Miss is over rated. GO VOLS!
