Coached with Leach at Valdosta St.... Sun Network, ESPN Radio (Orlando) and former Gator.... Said he spoke with Leach 45 minutes and believes he's got the job.

I did not hear this first hand but it just hit the scout board.... Dont kill the messenger! I just figured some of you hounds could investigate it's validity.

i wouldn't put to much stock into what they say over there. And yes i hope it's not true.

I'll start taking comments like this seriously after Texas Tech announces that the University of Tennessee has asked for permission to contact Leach.

Just asking....but who do you want? If Gruden, and Cowher are pipe dreams, Davis says no, Kiffen sucks, who else do we go after? The guy is winning. Who is the lesser evil between him and Kelly? Kelly? I don't know, just trying to get an answer! Both of these guys seem like they could be good. It just seems everytime someone brings up someone, some other person doesn't want them!! WHO DOES EVERYONE AGREE ON???????

Everyone is not going to agree on this. Each has their own opinion on who we should hire and who would do best for whatever reasons.

I personally don't like Leach. He is too much of a risk. He is having a good year this year, but he's a flash in the pan IMO. He got lucky on some really good recruits and that's why he's doing well this year.

I won't trust a scout message board, but I'd rather take the risk on Leach than the risk on Kelly. Just my opinion. And that's coming from someone who has never really liked Leach that much.

If Leach, in the midst of a potential title run, is hinting to anyone about switching jobs, we don't want any part.

it won't be a shock to me to see after the hire, no one ever mentioned on any of these threads will be the coach. Hambone is probably loving this and thinking 'suckers'
